Leilani Croucher is a Sydney-based director known for her bold visual style and culturally sharp storytelling, with a background steeped in film, photography and pop culture.

 

Her career launched with Berlei’s Boob Balls campaign, earning a coveted Cannes Lions award, and in 2024 she added a Silver Lion for McDonald’s to her growing list of accolades.

 

She has directed acclaimed work across music videos (Jack Ladder, Polish Club, Olympia) and major campaigns for McDonald’s, Bonds, NRMA, Telstra x Apple and Berlei – the latter starring Serena Williams. Recognized for her distinct creative voice, Leilani has served as a judge for the AICP Awards and was on the 2024 AWARD Awards Film Jury.

 

She has also worked as a second unit director on Apple TV’s Roar (starring Nicole Kidman), collaborating with director Kim Gehrig – with whom she has worked on multiple projects.

 

Leilani is represented by Revolver in Australia, RSA in the US and Merchant in Canada.
