Nova Dando’s commercial clients span beauty, fashion and technology working 360° across a campaign from conceptual development to direction and execution across TV, video and social channels.
She has been listed in Grazia Magazine’s Cool List, the NME’s most 50 influential people in music videos and featured in Dazed, i-D, Elle, Vogue, Vice, Pop Magazine, Paper Magazine, NyLon and The Guardian. Her film for BA’s Level Airline won a prestigious D&AD Pencil in 2018.
Nova works with agencies and direct to brand, at all stages of the campaign process from creative direction, art direction, and leading large-scale shoots to post production and client liaison, creating content for multi-platform campaigns.
As an advocate for gender and LGBT+ equality, Nova created the launch campaign for trans activist Charlie Cragg’s Nail Transphobia project, and in 2019 her breast cancer awareness project, ‘Booberang’ won a charity film award for its innovative use of social media.
Currently, Nova and musician & DJ Lou Hayter are working on launching an experimental audio-visual show, with visuals created by Nova.
