Starting out as an in-house director at a major sports agency, Duncan worked with athletes inc. American Footballers Jared Goff and Cooper Kupp, before joining STADIUM, where he rose from intern to Creative Lead.
His breakout Los Angeles FC campaign starring Will Ferrell earned over one billion organic impressions, and his adidas campaign set an MLS jersey sales record. Duncan has since directed campaigns for the NFL, North Face, and the American Red Cross, building trust with leading sports talents like Lionel Messi and Ian Wright.
In 2025, he was shortlisted for Shots' New Director of the Year, AICP’s Best New Director, and named to SHOOT Online’s New Director Showcase.
